KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage day to day office administrative i.e. filing, inventory, schedules meeting, answering phone and etc
- To assist and support in marketing activities i.e. Reports, PO, Work Permits, events assistant, supplier contact and arrangement, etc
- To assist the team in various marketing materials, marketing communication, etc
- To ensure inventory list is update and items kept well
- Any other duties from superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
