  1. Responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of monthly management reports against yearly budgets/forecast.
  2. Responsible for Financial budget/forecast review and analysis.
  3. Responsible for the compilation and the tracking of project cost and payments.
  4. Responsible for the yearly insurance renewal.
  5. Managing daily cash balances and to ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively. Including Car Park collection.
  6. Maintaining our accounting system and to communicate process improvements.
  7. Assist in enhancing the existing YARDI system enhancement and business review process with other departments.
  8. Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
  9. Assist in arranging and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits and reviews as required.
  10. Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
  11. Assist in GST submission and to ensure payment are made to the relevant authority within deadline.
  12. Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects, as assigned by management.
  13. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA or equivalent.
  14. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  15. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
