KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of monthly management reports against yearly budgets/forecast.
- Responsible for Financial budget/forecast review and analysis.
- Responsible for the compilation and the tracking of project cost and payments.
- Responsible for the yearly insurance renewal.
- Managing daily cash balances and to ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively. Including Car Park collection.
- Maintaining our accounting system and to communicate process improvements.
- Assist in enhancing the existing YARDI system enhancement and business review process with other departments.
- Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
- Assist in arranging and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits and reviews as required.
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
- Assist in GST submission and to ensure payment are made to the relevant authority within deadline.
- Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects, as assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
