Restaurant Supervisor are in charge of managing food and beverage operations in the kitchen and other food and beverage outlets or units in a hospitality establishment.

Job Responsibilities
- To supervise day to day operations and ensure all S.O.P are followed accordingly.
- Assist Outlet Manager in training, supervising and disciplining outlet staff.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively.
- Work closely with outlet manager in monthly inventory and utensil inventory stock take.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
- Comply with all S.O.P, cleaning, health & safety regulations and company policy
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Demonstrate positive leadership.
- Manage and plan working shifts/inventory/wastage/cash.

Job Specification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Diploma in any field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Knowledge on how to provide good customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards of services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Speak well. Active listening skill. Possess great service attitude - Passion for people and food - Self-driven with a positive attitude to learn - Strong team player - Must be able to do shift work on Weekend & Public Holidays
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia language; with strong written and oral communications skills.
