STORE SALES ASSOCIATE
1) Providing professional services to customers.
2) Shift stock take.
3) Stock in/out & return.
4) Ensuring sufficient stock including stock in/out & return.
5) Maintaining outlet in a clean and tidy condition.
6) Sales (operational transaction/ cash drop handling/ cash handling).
7) Filing of invoice - memo in POS system.


STORE SALES SUPERVISOR
1) Sales - Keep track daily sales & work towards sales target & monthly promotion items to increase sales.
2) Labor cost - Ensure sufficient staff are scheduled to work & provide proper training and guidance for new staff.
3) Stock control - Ensure daily stock take is done & no over ordering to avoid expired & damaged stocks.
4) Outlet compliance - Ensure outlet is open and close according to predetermine shopping time & ensure cash handling procedures is followed at all time.


STORE SALES MANAGER
1) To ensure good customer service is provided to all customers according to the company’s customer service standards & ensure all staffs can handle dissatisfied customers with care.
2) To ensure every outlet has sufficient manpower to operate the outlets through managing the outlet timetable and monitor on the staff’s attendance.
3) To ensure that all cash in the outlet including coin floats, drawer float, e-pay vouchers and cash drops are sufficient and well handled by assistant/store sales supervisors and assigned cashier on duty.
4) To ensure all displayed stocks are displayed with the correct price tags and arranged according to the planograms by the outlet staffs.
5) To ensure that all the required documents are recorded, filed, and submitted accordingly as per required by HQ through simple documentation procedures.
