KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To execute and deliver CRM strategies to encourage shopper retention and shopper loyalty.
- To monitor the trend and behavior report from the CRM program
- To ensure that the program (promotions and deals) are relevant to the company shoppers’ need and want; recommend improvements if necessary
- To communicate with customer through CRM channel
- To plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing promotions and deals to draw shopper spending and retention in specific month(s)
- To resolve merchants’ issues in a timely and professional manner by investigating the issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and putting forward recommendation to the Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Entry/Junior Executive level
