Job Scope:

1) Provide friendly service and guide customers on the steps for baking process.

2) Building good relationship with customers.

3) Ensure customers bake in a fun and happy atmosphere by communicating with them.

4) Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after baking sessions.

5) Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before customer's appointment starts.

6) Work together with team members to facilitate big group events & parties.

7) Provide consultation to customers to sign up for membership package and enjoy baking activity at our shop regularly.

8) Perform other management duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, research & development, answer phone enquiries etc.
