Service Crew:
Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table.
Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink.
Introducing customers to our brand and menu and recommend signature menu items of the restaurant.
Serving food and drinks on time.
Dealing with bill payments.
Making sure tables are clean and ensure that hygiene standards are kept at all times.
Ensure service areas are well stocked with supplies such as napkins and tableware.
Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.

Kitchen Crew:
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking raw ingredients and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
Disposing of rubbish, arranging inventory.
Organizing storage, practice FIFO.
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
