Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor in carrying out daily operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop, game machines, and Wonders Park at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding machine issues and troubleshooting.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide information on available services.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in organizing and executing events and promotions.
• Ensure prizes are displayed and arranged attractively.
• Conduct periodic stock-taking and inventory management.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift schedules.
