Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team.
As a Full Time Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure orders are served promptly and correctly.

Food Preparation & Quality Control:

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
• Assemble food items quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Restock and manage ingredients to prevent shortages.

Cashiering & Order Management:

• Operate the POS system to process payments.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Pack takeaway orders properly and assist in online delivery orders.

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation zones.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food storage.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist in daily opening and closing tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
