As a Full Time Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure orders are served promptly and correctly.
Food Preparation & Quality Control:
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
- Assemble food items quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Restock and manage ingredients to prevent shortages.
Cashiering & Order Management:
- Operate the POS system to process payments.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Pack takeaway orders properly and assist in online delivery orders.
Store Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation zones.
- Follow safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food storage.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist in daily opening and closing tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
