Participating Rules And Procedure For Bandai Spirits Hobby Exhibition Contest:

Step 1: Registration

Participants must register themselves on the designated website, provided by MyTOWNKL. Registration is a prerequisite for participation in the contest.

Step 2: Model Kit Collection 

Upon successful registration, participants are requested to present the confirmation email received upon registration to the assigned part-time staff. This email will serve as validation for collecting the sponsored model kit. The availability of the model kit is based on a first-come, first-served basis or while stocks last. 

Step 3: Assembling The Model Kit

Participants are obligated to assemble the provided model kit in the designated area immediately upon collection of model kit. 

Step 4: Photo Submission 

Upon completion of the model kit assembly, participants are required to take a photograph of their finished model kit at any location within the premises of MyTOWNKL. The photograph of the completed model kit must then be uploaded to the microsite used for registration. Submission of artwork can be done any time one the same day once completed before 09:00PM.

Step 5: Photo Review

Submitted photographs will be subjected to a review process conducted by MyTOWNKL. The assessment will encompass the criteria of creativity, originality, and adherence to the stipulated Contest guidelines.
