Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher redemption is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis or while stocks last.

2. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another member. Points will be deducted upon voucher download, and points will not be refundable or exchangeable for other items if redemption does not occur.

3. MyTOWNKL customers can redeem tickets with a maximum of 3 combined receipts, totaling the required amount, to redeem complimentary tickets for the Battle of The Reds at Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

4. This voucher is only redeemable at the Concierge Counter located at Level B1. Redemption and receipt has to be within the period of 9th- 26th April 2024.

5. Non-app member can simply combine up to 3 receipts totaling to each tier to redeem Entry Ticket for Battle of The Reds in order to be entitled. It is also a requirement to fill up the required google form in order to redeem.

6. Any condition that falls below the requirement above is not entitled for the entry tickets.

7. MyTOWNKL reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
