1. The Contest is open to all shoppers of MyTOWN Shopping Centre aged 18 and above (“Participants”), excluding employees of Boustead Ikano Sdn Bhd and IKANO Handle Sdn Bhd (“Management”), employees of concessionaires, advertising agencies, MyTOWN’s tenants and their respective immediate families.
2. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and any rules and regulations made/imposed by the Management.

5. Register a new account or log in with a registered account.
6. Upload a copy of original receipt & TNG eWallet screenshot receipt onto the microsite.
7. Each participant is allowed to upload maximum of 2 tenants’ receipts submission.
8. Submission approval will be sent to participants email account.
9. Winners will be announced through MyTOWNKL official Facebook a week after the contest ends and Management will contact the winner via contact number and/or email.
10. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
11. Prizes:

• 3 x Grand winner will bring back RM3,000 Cash Vouchers from Hyperlux.
• 3 x 1st runner up winners will bring back RM200 reload pin each.
• 3 x 2nd runner up winners will bring back RM100 reload pin each
• 4 x 3nd runner up winners will bring back RM50 reload pin each
• 10 x consolation winners will bring back RFID each.

6. The Management shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen of the vouchers and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Management reserves the right to disqualify any participation entry for the Contest that do not meet the rules and regulations including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid, incorrect information, or winners unable to utilize the prizes.
8. If due to any circumstances beyond control where the Management is unable to provide the stated prizes or any part thereof, the Management reserves the right to substitute the prizes with any item of equal or greater value, to be determined at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion.
9. Acceptance of the Contest participation shall constitute consent on the Participant’s part to allow the use of the Participant’s name, image, video footage, voices and/or likeness by the Management for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or the other purposes without further compensation in any media for an unlimited period of time except where prohibited by the law.
10. In the event of any discrepancy, the Management’s decision will be final and no appeal shall be entertained.
11. All Participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility to the extent permitted by law in the event of any loss of monies, valuables, belongings, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in the Contest and/or utilization of the prizes.
12. Participants agree that any acts conducted by the Participants after the Contest finishes shall be of their own risk and the Management shall not be liable for any incidents, claims, costs, losses, damages suffered by the Participants.
13. The Management reserves the right to change, amend, and revise this Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound to such changes.
14. Each individual participating to the Contest acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to the Management: a) he/she is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Contest; c) he/she is consented to the use of such Personal Information by the Management as contemplated by the Event application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to the Management’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Contest, and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Management’s Privacy Policy which is available at: http://www.mytownkl.com.my/en/privacy-policy/ under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
