MyTOWNKL app will be temporarily unavailable from 3 Oct - 4 Oct as we work on exciting upgrades. Thank you for bearing with us while we make things better for you. In the meantime, check out the details below for what to expect during this little pause.
- App Down - App is refreshing for something new and won't be accessible from 3 Oct, 10 pm to 4 Oct, 12 pm.
- Take Note! - You will not be able to submit your receipts and collect your points. Keep your receipts and submit them after 4 Oct, 12 pm via scan receipt.
- Cash Voucher Bonanza - Don’t worry! You are still able to submit your receipts in exchange for cash vouchers via the Google Form.

Follow the below mandatory actions on 30 Sep 2024 to get the latest version of your app
✅ Reset Password - Update the app and reset your password before 9.59 PM prior login.
✅ Temporary Access - You may view your profile, submit receipts, and earn new points during this time.
❌ Pause Features - Voucher redemptions, transaction history, points history and saved coupons are temporarily disabled. These features will be accessible on 4 Oct, 12 pm onwards.
