💰How to Join for Non-members?

Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM20 at any outlets

Step 2 : Submit Receipt(s) at Conierge Counter.

Step 3: Winners to be announced after 16 July on MyTOWNKL Facebook.

  1. The Contest is open to all shoppers of MyTOWN Shopping Centre aged 18 and above (“Participants”), excluding employees of Boustead Ikano Sdn Bhd and IKANO Handle Sdn Bhd (“Management”), employees of concessionaires, advertising agencies, MyTOWN’s tenants and their respective immediate families.
  2. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and any rules and regulations made/imposed by the Management.
  3. Participating Rules:
      • Download and register as member at MyTOWNKL App.
      • Shop at any of MyTOWN Shopping Centre outlets (excluding Celebrity Fitness any of money changer outlets, bill payment, pre-paid reload service, pop up store, kiosks, and roadshows) or IKEA Cheras to collect points in MyTOWNKL App.
      • Member to use a minimum of 5 accumulated points from the MyTOWNKL App to participate the Contest. Participants are allowed to participate multiple times through downloading the e-vouchers from the App.
      • Non - member to spend a minimum of RM20 to participate the Contest. Participants are allowed to submit multiple receipts at Conciege to join.
  4. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or transferable to another member. Points will be deducted once the voucher is downloaded and points will not be refundable or exchangeable for other item (s) if participation does not take place.
  5. The Management shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen of the cash vouchers and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  6. Management reserves the right to disqualify any participation entry for the Contest that do not meet the rules and regulations including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid, incorrect information, or winners unable to utilize the prizes.
  7. If due to any circumstances beyond control where the Management is unable to provide the stated prizes or any part thereof, the Management reserves the right to substitute the prizes with any item of equal or greater value, to be determined at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion.
  8. Acceptance of the Contest participation shall constitute consent on the Participant’s part to allow the use of the Participant’s name, image, video footage, voices and/or likeness by the Management for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or the other purposes without further compensation in any media for an unlimited period of time except where prohibited by the law.
  9. In the event of any discrepancy, the Management’s decision will be final and no appeal shall be entertained.
  10. All Participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility to the extent permitted by law in the event of any loss of monies, valuables, belongings, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in the Contest and/or utilization of the prizes.
  11. Participants agree that any acts conducted by the Participants after the Contest finishes shall be of their own risk and the Management shall not be liable for any incidents, claims, costs, losses, damages suffered by the Participants.
  12. The Management reserves the right to change, amend, and revise this Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound to such changes.
  13. Each individual participating to the Contest acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to the Management: a) he/she is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Contest; c) he/she is consented to the use of such Personal Information by the Management as contemplated by the Event application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to the Management’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Contest, and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Management’s Privacy Policy which is available at: http://www.mytownkl.com.my/en/privacy-policy/ under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  14. The Management reserves the right to change, amend, and revise this Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound to such changes.
