Contest terms & conditions:

1. Each participant is eligible for unlimited lucky draw entries throughout the campaign period.
2. Each spin entry requires :
   • A minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt (combined receipts are not accepted). Limited to 3 entries per day, and/or
   • Completion of the postcard stamp (unlimited entries per day), and/or
3. Each receipt submission is automatically considered as one entry to win the grand prizes.
4. Receipts must be based on the date of purchase, not the date of submission.
5. Participants will receive a reward after every receipt submission via the MyTOWNKL App.
6. MyTOWN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. In the event of circumstances beyond the Management’s control where the stated prizes (or part thereof) cannot be provided, the Management reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an item of equal or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion.

Postcard Stamp & Weekend Workshops:

1. The campaign runs from 15 November 2025 to 1 January 2026, inclusive. Entries or participation outside this period are invalid and will not be entertained.
2. Workshop slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t miss your chance to join in the festive fun!
3. Premium redemption/prizes/vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
4. Vouchers are subject to their individual terms and conditions as provided by the issuing parther.
5. MyTOWN Shopping Centre reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility and disqualify those who fail to comply with the T&Cs.
6. Any fraudulent or dishonest behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
7. MyTOWN Shopping Centre is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in this campaign or the use of the rewards.
8. Each individual participating in the Campaign/Contest acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to Management: he/she is authorised to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Contest; c) he/she is consented to the use of such Personal Information by Management (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Management’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Management’s Privacy Policy (can be found in MyTOWNKL website) under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
9. MyTOWN Shopping Centre reserves the right to change, amend, and revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound by such changes.
10. All decisions made by MyTOWN Shopping Centre are final and binding.
